Lately I’ve been drifting away from my tumblr fitness blog, which is very sad, but true. I haven’t stopped working out, even though i’ve missed 4 days of working out altogether! But still, I excersize whenever possible! Im coming back for as long as I can withstand, because my fitness in the kitchen is not so good. I started eating alot after school again, I eat whatever I want (I EVEN HAD PEPSI! ): ) and ittt’s haloween! :P
But now I’m back, and once I eat supper Ill make a food journal for today!
Breakfast:

Mr noodles cup and hot chocolate (at my sisters hockey game!)
Workout:
I did my daily workout today, but I pushed my self even harder today, therefor, I updated my routine! Go check it out under my “Daily Workout” tab! (:

this is how i know that my abs have progressed. ive NEVER in my life had a stomach that could do this in any lighting at any angle. Its just frustrating that depending on the lighting and where i am my body looks different. I want to see this at all angles and all lighting and then i think I will feel for real comfortable with my body and happy. Just need to focus on my abs more in the kitchen!
